Plasnes It starts out as Rock n Roll and then turns into some good ass Psych Blues Jams. I also hear some Funk Rock, Talking Blues, and some out there "jazzy" soloing. The vocals done by Robert Kidney sound passionately detached. The brass brings a nice dissonance. Along with the out there lyrics and the repetitive nature of the tracks, it starts to pull you in and you become part of a swirl of pure groove. Its intoxicating and hypnotic. I wish they would tour outside of Ohio. I'd love see them live. Favorite track: About Leaving Day.
